Annotatsiya

Juvenile pregnancy is associated with a high risk of premature birth, which is due to both the biological immaturity of the adolescent's body and socio-economic factors. The article discusses the features of pregnancy and childbirth in young patients, an increased incidence of complications (preeclampsia, fetal growth retardation, anemia), as well as neonatal outcomes, including prematurity, respiratory distress syndrome, and increased perinatal mortality. The need for a multidisciplinary approach to the management of juvenile pregnancy is emphasized in order to reduce risks and improve the prognosis for mother and child.
