EARLY ADHESIVE INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION IN CHILDREN

Annotatsiya

The incidence of adhesive intestinal obstruction in children is up to 16-18% in relation to other types of intestinal obstruction. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of complex therapy on the processes of resorption of flat-membranous adhesions in early adhesive intestinal obstruction in children. Using differentiated targeted conservative measures carried out under the control of the clinical picture and ultrasound examinations are effective in more than 63% of children, which significantly reduces the risk of the operation itself. Restrained tactics justify themselves in acute intestinal obstruction.
