Annotatsiya

This article examines the scientific study of memory in experimental psychology. It discusses the main types of memory — sensory, short-term, and long-term memory — and the experimental methods used to investigate them. Based on the works of Hermann Ebbinghaus, Frederic Bartlett, and George A. Miller, the principles of encoding, storage, and retrieval are analyzed. The processes of forgetting, interference, and the importance of modern experimental approaches are also discussed. The article highlights the theoretical and practical significance of memory research.
