This article analyzes the morphological changes that occur in the male genital organs, in particular the seminal vesicles and prostate gland, under hyperglycemic conditions based on scientific literature. Hyperglycemic conditions, especially those associated with diabetes mellitus, cause significant degenerative changes in the tissues of the reproductive system. This article analyzes the scientific data on the histological changes observed in various scientific experiments, the state of the prostate and seminal vesicle epithelium, and natural remedies (plant extracts) that reduce such negative effects
