Annotatsiya
In this study, the chronic toxicity of the phytocomposition “Glycokar” was studied. The “Glycokar” collection was administered orally daily for 3 months in single doses of 50 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg. During the study, the body weight of the animals was determined and a clinical blood test was performed. During the autopsy, the mass coefficients of the stomach, liver, kidneys and medullary pancreas were determined, and a pathomorphological examination of the internal organs was performed. With prolonged administration of Glycocar in doses of 50, 150 and 300 mg/kg, there was almost no difference in blood serum and biochemical parameters, and the results were confirmed to be within the normal range on the 30th and 90th days. Glycocar phytocomposition does not cause pathomorphological changes in the internal organs when administered in doses of 50 and 150 mg/kg, while superficial dystrophic and hypertrophic changes may occur when administered in a dose of 300 mg/kg
