The article presents an analysis of the incidence of osteoporosis in premenopausal women, reviews current statistical data, risk factors, modern diagnostic methods and recommendations for prevention. Particular attention is paid to the importance of timely detection and comprehensive preventive measures to reduce the risk of fractures and maintain the quality of life of women at this age.
