Annotatsiya

A substantial body of epidemiological and experimental evidence is currently available investigating the relationship between physical activity and Alzheimer’s disease. Observational studies suggest that physical activity plays an important role in delaying the onset of Alzheimer’s disease; however, randomized controlled trials have reported inconsistent results. This variability is likely due to differences in participant characteristics, outcome assessment methods, and the types of physical activity interventions applied.
