MODERN APPROACHES TO STANDARDIZATION OF “VIGITRIL” SUSPENSION BASED ON BISMUTH AND HISTIDINE

Annotatsiya

This article presents pharmaceutical analysis and standardization methods for “Vigitril” suspension developed on the basis of bismuth, histidine, and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. The study investigated physicochemical characteristics, qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, stability parameters, and shelf-life assessment of the dosage form. Modern spectrophotometric and chromatographic approaches were used to determine biologically active compounds in the preparation. The obtained results demonstrated that “Vigitril” suspension complies with pharmacopoeial requirements and possesses promising therapeutic effectiveness.
