Annotatsiya

This article presents the results of a study devoted to the individualization of the occlusal surface of teeth in patients of different age groups using modern digital technologies, including the T-Scan occlusal contact analysis system and 3D scanning. The aim of the study was to determine the age-related characteristics of occlusal contact distribution and to develop a method for individualized modeling of the occlusal surface in order to optimize masticatory function. The study involved 94 patients aged 20 to 59 years who were divided into four age groups. The analysis included the assessment of wear facet areas, cusp inclination angles of posterior teeth, and functional symmetry of occlusal contacts. A PIX-4 3D scanner and the T-Scan system were used for diagnostics. Statistical data processing was performed using ANOVA and correlation analysis methods. The results demonstrated that aging is associated with an increase in the area of wear facets and a decrease in cusp inclination angles, indicating age-related remodeling of the occlusal relief. After the application of individualized digital modeling, the symmetry of occlusal contacts reached 92%, whereas with the conventional approach this показатель was 68%. In addition, a reduction in overload on individual teeth and an increase in patient satisfaction with treatment outcomes were observed. The obtained results confirm the high effectiveness of the individualized approach in prosthodontic treatment and emphasize the importance of implementing digital technologies in modern dental practice
