EARLY OBSERVED SYMPTOMS OF POLYNEUROPATHY IN DIABETES MELLITUS

Annotatsiya

In this scientific study, we analyzed the clinical symptoms observed at the early stage of diabetic polyneuropathy and evaluated the effectiveness of therapeutic measures based on modern standards in 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. During the study, disturbances of superficial and deep sensitivity, neuropathic pain, tendon reflexes, and their changes were investigated. The article assesses the possibility of identifying early signs of polyneuropathy based on the examination of tendon reflexes, superficial, and deep sensations. In addition, the effectiveness of the applied treatment measures was analyzed.
