Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the legal nature and specific features of the institution of administrative expulsion of foreign citizens and stateless persons from the territory of Uzbekistan. Based on a comparative analysis of the concepts of administrative expulsion, deportation, and readmission, the necessity of their strict differentiation in national legislation is substantiated. The author also proposes the broader application of the principle of humanism in sentencing, and the introduction of alternative types of punishment taking into account the person's family circumstances or alimony obligations. Furthermore, the article highlights the issues of modernizing the administrative responsibility system by implementing innovative digital technologies, such as “Smart Policing”, into the monitoring process.
