Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the impact of the internet environment, specifically the popular social media platforms Telegram and Instagram, on the norms of the Uzbek literary language from a sociolinguistic perspective. Throughout the research, orthographic, lexical, and graphical errors extracted from real-life examples of popular channels, pages, and user comments on social networks are classified and examined. Conclusively, the paper provides practical recommendations for preserving and developing the culture of the Uzbek language within the virtual space.
