This thesis analyzes the procedure and stages of bringing advocates to disciplinary liability in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Advocacy” and the Regulation “On Qualification Commissions under the Territorial Departments of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Uzbekistan,” approved by Order No. 15-mh of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 3, 2025, the paper examines the procedure and key stages of imposing disciplinary liability on advocates.
