This article provides a detailed account of the historical development of surgical care worldwide, the surgical treatment of chronic hemorrhoids, and the dynamic evolution of conservative and surgical treatment methods. It also covers modern surgical treatment methods for chronic hemorrhoids. A differentiated approach to the treatment of chronic hemorrhoids is explored. Quality of life and pain are assessed using questionnaires. Determining the effectiveness of surgical treatment and its impact on patients' quality of life.
