Annotatsiya

One of the most common forms of democracy is the self-government of citizens. Neighborhoods are the main link of the self-government system of citizens in Uzbekistan. The socio-philosophical basis of the formation and development of the neighborhood institution was studied in this research work. The scientific and theoretical foundations of the evolution of local state administration in the Republic of Uzbekistan have been studied.
