However, traditional sectors face significant challenges, potentially leading to upheaval and job displacement. The study investigates the evolving labor markets, highlighting job creation and losses. Additionally, it examines the implications for income inequality and discusses policy responses to ensure a fair transition. This research emphasizes the transformative power of technology, the importance of reskilling, and the need for comprehensive policies to harness the benefits while mitigating the adverse effects in our dynamic economic environment.
