Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) is a process promoting the coordinated development and management of water, land, and related resources to maximize economic and social welfare without compromising the sustainability of vital ecosystems. This thesis explores the development of an Integrated Management System (IMS) for water resources, addressing the challenges of fragmentation in water governance, ensuring stakeholder participation, and incorporating modern technologies to enhance water management efficiency.
