Annotatsiya

This article examines the issues related to the introduction of additional debt collection mechanisms to optimize the workload of state executors in the process of enforcement proceedings. It highlights the improvement of organizational and legal foundations for expanding the range of enforcement measures that can be applied through the implementation of new mechanisms to influence debtors. The article also analyzes advanced international practices in this field and explores ways to enhance the effectiveness of debt collection by improving electronic interaction between state authorities and organizations in the process of document enforcement. Based on the analysis conducted, proposals for improving legislation are put forward.
