This article analyzes the pedagogical significance of excursions and live observations in forming natural scientific concepts among primary school students. Based on the sensory and emotional perception characteristics of young school-aged children, the author highlights the advantages and methodical foundations of organizing lessons outside the classroom, directly in the lap of nature.
