This article examines the psychological characteristics of pedagogical activity, including the professional and psychological qualities of teachers, motivation, communicative competence, emotional stability, reflection, and pedagogical abilities. The study highlights the growing role of teachers in modern education not only as knowledge providers but also as psychological leaders, mentors, and innovators. Particular attention is given to the influence of psychological factors on teaching effectiveness, teacher-student interaction, and professional competence development. The findings are valuable for improving educational quality, strengthening teacher professionalism, and enhancing learning outcomes.
