Annotatsiya

Chemical alterations in the composition of glycans on the cancer cell surface constitute the fundamental basis of metastasis physiology. This work analyzes how cellular membrane hypersialylation regulates immune evasion and adhesion mechanisms. Lectin-carbohydrate interactions within the tumor microenvironment are evaluated as primary targets for novel targeted therapies.
