Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the legal foundations, practical significance, and development trends of administrative procedures in reviewing appeals of natural and legal persons to state bodies in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the Law No. ORQ-457 "On Administrative Procedures" (2018), the legislation on citizens' appeals, official data from lex.uz, state reports and statistical indicators, the efficiency of appeal processing is evaluated. The article scientifically substantiates the role of administrative procedures in strengthening the rule of law, combating corruption, and developing civil society.
