Annotatsiya

Insufficient oral hygiene care may lead to the development of dental caries, gingivitis, enamel demineralization, and other complications that reduce the effectiveness of orthodontic treatment. The aim of this study was to develop a комплекс of individualized oral hygiene measures for patients undergoing orthodontic treatment and to evaluate their clinical effectiveness. A total of 120 patients aged 12 to 25 years using fixed orthodontic appliances (bracket systems) were examined. The developed individual hygiene program included patient education on specialized oral care techniques, the use of orthodontic hygiene products, and regular professional monitoring. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in oral hygiene status and a reduction in the incidence of inflammatory periodontal diseases.
