Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) associated with chronic inflammatory processes is one of the most common pathologies among elderly men. The presence of chronic prostatitis contributes to the aggravation of lower urinary tract symptoms, deterioration of urodynamic parameters, and a decline in patients' quality of life. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia associated with chronic inflammation. A total of 110 patients aged 55 to 82 years underwent comprehensive examination and surgical treatment. The obtained results demonstrated that the use of HoLEP significantly improved urodynamic parameters, reduced the severity of disease symptoms, and decreased the signs of inflammatory activity during the postoperative period.
