Annotatsiya

This paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of developing phraseological competence among university students specializing in philology. The structural components of phraseological competence (linguistic, linguoculturological, pragmatic-communicative, reflective), stages of its methodological evolution, and innovative interactive techniques (corpus linguistics, case studies, cognitive-contrastive analysis) are presented in detail. A comprehensive pedagogical model designed to enhance professional communicative performance is proposed.
