Annotatsiya
This article comparatively examines the artistic expression of time, love, and eternity in the sonnets of William Shakespeare and Rauf Parfi. Both poets explore the transience of life, the power of time, the significance of love, and the possibility of achieving eternity through poetic creativity. Shakespeare presents time as a force that destroys beauty and life, while love and poetry resist its power. In Parfi’s sonnets, these concepts are closely associated with inner experience, spiritual quest, memory, and existential concerns. The article analyzes the semantic and poetic features of these concepts through images, metaphors, and artistic contrasts.
