Annotatsiya

Currently, a number of iodine isotopes with mass numbers from 120 to 139 and half-lives from 2.7 s (I139) to 60 days (I125) are known. In fact, three radioisotopes of iodine are currently most in demand and are used in medicine: I123 for in vivo and I125 for in vitro diagnostic procedures and I131 for therapeutic purposes.
