This article examines the linguistic and stylistic features present in the tragedy"Tamerlane the Great" by Christopher Marlowe. Through a detailed analysis of the play'slanguage, dialogue, and poetic devices, this study aims to explore the unique linguistic andstylistic choices employed by Marlowe to convey the tragic elements of the story. Key aspectssuch as imagery, metaphors, rhetorical devices, and verse structure are examined to shedlight on the dramatic impact and artistic craftsmanship of Marlowe's language in this tragicmasterpiece.
