This research article investigates strategies to enhance the pedagogical conditions necessary for cultivating the professional competence of future Information Technology (IT) teachers within the dynamic information-education environment. Recognizing the critical role of IT educators in preparing students for the digital age, this study delves into innovative approaches, including curriculum design, technological integration, and instructional methodologies. Through a comprehensive analysis of current pedagogical practices and emerging trends in IT education, this research proposes a framework for optimizing the learning experiences of aspiring IT teachers.
