Annotatsiya

Today, the investigative action in criminal procedural legislation is used in the implementation of the objectives of the criminal process, such as a quick and complete investigation of crimes, fair punishment of each person who committed a crime, exposing the perpetrator, and ensuring the correct application of the law so that not a single innocent person is brought to justice and convicted. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this is one of the main pillars. To prove the stated provisions, this article describes in detail the similarities and differences between the inspection and investigative action and other investigative actions, as well as which body carries out the control and investigative action, how the results obtained are documented, and what documents must be mandatory for the inspection.
