DYNAMICS OF CHANGES IN THE MICROELEMENTARY COMPOSITION OF BLOOD ERYTHROCYTES IN ATHLETES WITH DIFFERENT PHYSICAL LOAD

The article below presents the results of studies given on a group of athletes involved in athletics (middle distance runners), and individuals leading a sedentary lifestyle (control group). The study was aimed at identifying the concentration of trace elements (chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), selenium (Se) and zinc (Zn)) in blood cells, and the dynamics of their change at various levels physical training. The results of the research showed that a significant decrease in the content of trace elements in red blood cells (erythrocytes) is observed in athletes with high physical activity, namely, middle-distance runners.
