This study explores the scientific and theoretical underpinnings of family regulation in modern Islamic societies, highlighting the complex interplay between religious doctrine, sociocultural norms, and contemporary global influences. Grounded in Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), the regulation of family matters—marriage, divorce, inheritance, child custody—is deeply intertwined with both classical legal traditions and emerging interpretations in light of evolving societal demands.

Islamic family law, legal pluralism, sharia and modernity, gender and family ethics, civilizational theory, socio-legal reform in islam.
