The Republic of Uzbekistan, while pursuing a policy of peace, undertakes the tasks of ensuring the security of citizens, peace and stability. In accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, the state, in exercising its inalienable right to self-defense, ensures its military and defense capabilities within reasonable limits.
