Although the first stage of tourism in the former Soviet Union remained as a form of development, experimentation and planned tourism, it was considered as a political issue in contrast to tourism, which was not considered as an economic issue during this period and the article by I. Vasiliev “Pоroletar tyrizмi ycyn Orta Asьja bojunca saqlam ekskyrijə ycyn” was first published in this article to highlight the history of tourism in the Fergana Valley.
