Project-Based Learning (PBL) has gained prominence as an innovative approach in English language acquisition, emphasizing hands-on and collaborative tasks to develop linguistic and cognitive skills. This article explores the advantages of PBL, including enhanced student engagement, improved language retention, and the cultivation of soft skills. Simultaneously, it examines the challenges associated with this method, such as time constraints, unequal participation, and complexities in assessment. Through practical examples and strategies, the article highlights how educators can effectively implement PBL to maximize its benefits while addressing its limitations. Ultimately, PBL is presented as a dynamic and enriching method for language learning when supported by thoughtful planning and facilitation.
