Annotatsiya

This article explores effective teaching methods in higher education, focusing on the fundamental requirements and barriers that shape instructional success. It examines evidence-based pedagogical strategies that promote student engagement, critical thinking, and academic achievement. Additionally, the study discusses the role of technology-enhanced learning, active learning approaches, and student-centered teaching methods in improving educational outcomes. However, educators often encounter significant challenges, including technological limitations, diverse student needs, institutional constraints, and resistance to pedagogical innovation. Addressing these barriers requires a combination of institutional support, professional development, and adaptable teaching practices.
