In the article, the non-compliance of non-governmental non-profit organizations with the obligations specified in the laws and founding documents was analyzed as a factor causing the administrative responsibility of their representatives, the specific features of the obligations of non-governmental non-profit organizations were revealed, and the author's suggestions on the topic were given.
