Annotatsiya
The article is devoted to the integration of critical thinking and emotional intelligence in teaching English as a foreign language (EFL). It emphasizes that emotional barriers such as stress and decreased motivation may hinder the development of critical thinking. Emotional intelligence is considered a key factor in overcoming these difficulties and improving the effectiveness of the learning process. The article proposes approaches to integrating EI and critical thinking in EFL lessons, with a focus on combining theoretical foundations and practical methods to enhance learners’ engagement and overall learning outcomes.
