HEMORRHAGIC DISORDERS IN THE EARLY STAGES OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Aim of the study: Early diagnosis of blood rheology disorders in patients with the first stage of arterial hypertension in the arid region of Uzbekistan. Material and methods: As an object of study, a total of 204 patients aged 35 to 55 years with a diagnosis of first-stage hypertension with no additional disease were screened. Of these, 122 formed the main group and 82 formed the patient control group. All patients underwent Komplex clinical trials and examination of hemoreological parameters. Results: The results observed in the main group of patients showed a significant difference in the rheological parameters at the rotational speed of M (1) 5 and M (1) 10 seconds in patients with grade 2 arterial hypertension compared with those in the control group. (p <0.05).
