Numerous scientific studies are being conducted around the world to study the effectiveness of treatment. Numerous studies by domestic and foreign authors have been devoted to the issue of drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The spread of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) throughout the world is a major obstacle to tuberculosis control and achievement of the targets set by the World Health Assembly and included in one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals [1; pages. 161-171, 178; p., 2; pages. 57-66.].
