The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan is leveraging digital transformation to enhance its efficiency and ensure public safety. This article discusses the current state of digital technology adoption within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, focusing on the "Safe City" concept, the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital assistants (RaDYo), as well as the continuous development of digital literacy among law enforcement officers. It critically examines the contribution of digital systems to national security, the future potential of blockchain technology and "smart cities", and their impact on crime prevention and public safety.
