Annotatsiya

A country’s international image is shaped not only by formal foreign policy, but also by political culture, spiritual symbols, and interaction across societies; for that reason, Uzbekistan still needs a model that explains this process in a coherent way. The study aimed to identify how cultural diplomacy functions as a mechanism for Uzbekistan and to show its links with soft power and public diplomacy. The research used a qualitative case study, semi-structured interviews, analysis of government documents, and media texts; during coding, thematic categories were separated along the lines of political culture, organizational communication, and symbolic representation. Reliability checking of the coding produced Cronbach α=0.70, which indicates a satisfactory level of agreement among categories.
