This review article details the historical development of neuro urological care worldwide, neuro urological treatment of a serious condition such as neuro urological micturition disorder, and the dynamic evolution of conservative and surgical treatment methods. It also examines modern neuro urological treatment methods and postoperative monitoring of complications. This article presents an overview of the effectiveness of modern treatments for lumbar disc herniations with neuro urological disorders. This publication presents the main surgical treatment methods and characterizes the advantages and disadvantages of each. A differentiated approach to treating neuro urological patients is explored. Quality of life and pain are assessed using questionnaires. Determining the effectiveness of surgical treatment and its impact on patients' quality of life
