Annotatsiya

The article presents data on the impact of somatic pathology and associated voiding dysfunction on patients' quality of life. It reviews the efficacy of modern treatment methods for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation accompanied by neuro-urological disorders, discusses a differentiated approach to treating such patients, and evaluates quality of life and pain levels using questionnaires. Additionally, the study assesses the effectiveness of surgical treatment and its influence on patients' quality of life.
