Annotatsiya

This article provides a comparative legal analysis of the experiences of advanced foreign countries (USA, Germany, UK, France, Sweden, Japan, and CIS countries) to improve effective mechanisms for preventing and combating human trafficking, which is one of the most dangerous forms of transnational organized crime. Based on the research, the author proposes innovative solutions for implementation into national legislation, including the introduction of the “T-Visa” institution (special protection status), the criminalization of demand alongside the decriminalization of the victim (victimological immunity), the establishment of mandatory compliance control in large corporate supply chains, and the strengthening of social partnerships with non-governmental organizations for victim rehabilitation
