The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed educational practices across various disciplines, creating new opportunities for personalized, adaptive, and technology-driven learning environments. In the context of higher education, AI-enhanced learning systems have emerged as valuable tools for addressing language-learning challenges, particularly among students enrolled in technical and engineering programs. For computer engineering students, proficiency in Technical English is not merely an academic requirement but a fundamental competency that enables access to programming languages, software documentation, technical manuals, research publications, online learning resources, and professional communication within the global technology sector. Despite the growing importance of English in engineering education, many students continue to encounter difficulties in understanding technical terminology, interpreting complex documentation, producing academic and technical writing, and communicating effectively in English-mediated learning environments.
