Annotatsiya

In recent decades, global migration has become one of the most significant social phenomena shaping the 21st century. An increasing number of individuals from various countries are choosing to live abroad in search of better educational opportunities, improved living standards, financial stability, and cultural diversity. This study explores the underlying motivations behind the growing trend of migration, focusing on both opportunities and challenges faced by people who settle abroad. The research employs a qualitative approach based on secondary data analysis, academic sources, and international migration reports. Results indicate that while migration provides access to quality education, employment, and cross-cultural experiences, it also creates challenges such as cultural adaptation, language barriers, discrimination, and psychological issues like homesickness. The discussion emphasizes the dual nature of migration: although it creates promising prospects for personal and professional growth, it requires strong resilience and support systems. The paper concludes that policymakers should address migration challenges by creating sustainable integration policies, and individuals should be prepared for both advantages and struggles of living abroad.
