Diplomatic negotiations and diplomatic protocol represent essential components of modern international relations. Diplomacy allows countries to communicate, resolve conflicts, and develop cooperation without resorting to force. This article examines the role of diplomatic negotiations as a key mechanism for decision-making between states, as well as the importance of diplomatic protocol and etiquette in maintaining respectful and organized interactions among diplomats. The research analyzes the principles of diplomatic negotiations, communication strategies, and the significance of protocol rules in diplomatic practice. The study also emphasizes the role of cultural awareness and professional conduct in successful diplomatic interactions. Practical proposals and recommendations are provided to improve diplomatic education and strengthen intercultural communication in international relations.
