Annotatsiya

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundations of social communications, methodological approaches, practical applications, and contemporary trends. The paper examines the role of social communications in social, cultural, and digital environments, their impact on societal development, comparative analysis (Uzbekistan and international experiences), and practical issues (mass media, social networks, crisis communications). The aim of the study is to comprehensively reveal social communications from scientific-theoretical and practical perspectives and to demonstrate ways to improve methodological tools. The results indicate that in the context of digital transformation, social communications have become a key factor in the sustainable development of society and social stability.
