Annotatsiya
This article provides a systematic analysis of the regulatory and legal framework of inclusive education in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The research examines the significance of legislative acts adopted in recent years, including the Law "On Education" in the new edition and Presidential decrees related to the field. Furthermore, the article scientifically substantiates the conceptual differences between the terms "inclusive education" and "integrated education" (integration). By comparing existing approaches, the author reveals the pedagogical and social advantages of creating an inclusive environment.
